APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Naresh Ashok ("Naresh") as a non-
executive director of Sail's board, effective 21 July 2025.
Naresh has over two decades of executive and board-level experience encompassing
financial services, risk management, compliance and strategic oversight. Naresh has a
Bachelor of Commerce, a Masters in Business Leadership and has completed various
executive and professional management programmes.
Naresh is the Chief Operating Officer of Kopanya Group Limited, a Botswana registered
botanicals and wellness public company.
