CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, the Issuer advises that Mr Shirvan Schrueder has resigned from the Board of
Directors as alternate director to Mr Brendan Harmse with effect from 25 July 2025 due to revised
other commitments requiring more of his focus and time.
No alternate director to Mr Harmse will be appointed at this time. Mr Harmse continues to bring his
extensive knowledge and a detailed understanding of capital markets and structured finance, to
the Company.
