CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
the board of directors of Bank Windhoek would like to announce the appointment of Mr Daniel Kali
as an independent non-executive director, effective 25 July 2025.
Regulatory approval for the appointment of Mr Kali has been obtained. The appointment was made
pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of Bank Windhoek.
The board welcomes Mr Kali and looks forward to benefiting from his insights and contributions in
the future.
