CHANGES TO THE BOARD: RETIREMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), the board of
directors of Putprop ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Bruno C Carleo will be retiring as
Chief Executive Officer of Putprop with effect from 31 December 2025.
The Board extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Bruno for his passion, dedication, and commitment
to the Company over the last 37 years and wishes him a fulfilling retirement.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint a suitable replacement Chief Executive Officer and
shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been made.
