NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
31 MARCH 2025
Shareholders are hereby informed that, due to delays in the finalisation of the audit process, Sebata will not be
in a position to release its audited annual financial statements and annual report for the year ended 31 March
2025 ("Results") by the end of July 2025 as initially anticipated.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Results are expected to be released on or before 29 August
2025.
