Amendment of Applicable Pricing Supplement – IVC356, ZAG000217530 ("the Notes")
A manifest error has been identified and amended with effect from the Issue Date, 21 July 2025 in
respect of the Notes. The amendment consists of the amendment of the name of the Reference Entity,
as the name of the Reference Entity was agreed upon with Noteholders on the trade date, but a
different name was mistakenly inserted into the Applicable Pricing Supplement issued in relation to
the Notes.
An Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing Supplement that corrects the error has been signed,
filed with the JSE and published on the Issuer's website.
