In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (c) of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised that Mr.
Gary Arnold will step down as a member of the social and ethics committee effective 6 August 2025, to
comply with the provisions regarding the composition of social and ethics committees set out in the
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended.
