Noteholders are advised that in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of AMBER HOUSE FUND 7 (RF) LIMITED ZAR5,000,000,000
Asset Backed Note Programme, the Issuer shall, in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.3.3, on 21 August 2025, issue
a further Tranche of Notes (the "Refinancing Notes") and will use the proceeds of the Refinancing Notes, together with
available funds, to redeem the Principal Amount Outstanding of the instruments listed below, in accordance with the Priority
of Payments:
