APPOINTMENT OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON THE TRANSNET BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Noteholders are informed that the Minister of Transport has today, 08 August 2025, announced
the appointment of Ms. Khulekelwe Glynnis Mbonambi as a Non-Executive Director on the Transnet
Board of Directors. Ms. Mbonambi is a Chartered Accountant by profession and brings with her
much-needed financial skill to the organisation.
The above appointment is effective immediately and was made in accordance with Transnet's
Memorandum of Incorporation.
