SUSPENSION OF LISTING
The JSE refers to the SENS announcement on 1 July 2025 and wishes to advise that the
abovementioned Issuer has failed to comply with the JSE Listings Requirements by not publishing
its condensed annual financial statements or annual/summary financial statements and annual
report for the year ending 28 February 2025 within the prescribed period stipulated in the JSE
Listings Requirements.
Accordingly, the listing of the Issuer's securities has been suspended with immediate effect.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
