NOTICE OF AN INCREASE TO THE AUTHORISED AMOUNT OF THE FRB NOTE PROGRAMME
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the FRB note programme dated 29 November 2011 (the programme), as
amended and supplemented from time to time, noteholders are hereby notified that the board of directors of the issuer have
passed a resolution to increase the authorised amount of the programme from R60 000 000 000 to R90 000 000 000.
