Changes to the Debt Officer
Pursuant to paragraphs 6.42 and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr. Dirk van der Bank, Senior Manager: Treasury,
will resign as the debt officer of the Issuer, to take up a new role in Mercedez Benz AG and that Ms.
Sharon Chetty, General Manager Treasury will subsequently be appointed as the Issuer's debt officer
with effect from 1 September 2025.
The board of directors of the Issuer has considered and is satisfied with the competence,
qualifications and experience of the appointed debt officer.
