The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has repurchased the entire
issue of SBEN09 Listed Note issued under its Structured Note Programme
and has requested the JSE Limited that SBEN09 be de-listed effective
24 August 2025.
The purpose for the repurchase is due to the Noteholders redeeming all
the Notes and have effectively been paid in full by the Issuer.
The new salient dates for the early termination are set out below:
Suspension date Tuesday, 19 August 2025
Termination date Friday, 24 August 2025
