RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are hereby informed of the resignation of Bojane Segooa as a Non-Executive Director and
Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company effective 21 August 2025.
She commenced her journey as a Non-Executive Director with the Company on 11 October 2019 and has
transitioned to be a Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee.
The Board would like to wish to thank Ms. Segooa for her past service and contributions and wish her
well in her future endeavours.
