Notification of the resignation of a director
In compliance with paragraphs 6.42(b) and 6.43 of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of Directors of Transsec 5 (RF) Limited ("the Board")
hereby notifies the noteholders of Rozanne Kamalie's ("Rozanne") resignation as an alternate
director of the company with effect from 21 August 2025. Rozanne's position has been discontinued
following a review of operational needs.
The Board extends its gratitude to Rozanne for her dedication and leadership and wishes her
continued success in her future endeavours.
