Shareholders are referred to the voluntary SENS announcement released on 21 August 2025 regarding
the removal of Mr Brian Roberts ("Mr Roberts") as a director of Atterbury Property Proprietary Limited
("Atterbury Property").
Following the announcement, RMH has received queries from shareholders seeking further context
around the matter. In the interest of transparency, RMH has made available the presentation delivered
by Mr Roberts at the Atterbury Property shareholders meeting held on 21 August 2025.
