POSTPONEMENT OF SPECIAL DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE
South African shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 August
2025 which set out the timetable for the payment of the special dividend.
South African shareholders are advised that, due to circumstances beyond the Company's
control, the payment date of the special dividend will be postponed, from Tuesday, 26 August
2025 to Wednesday, 27 August 2025.
