CHANGES TO THE BOARD: RETIREMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), the board
of directors of Putprop ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that James E Smith will be retiring as
an Executive Director and as Chief Financial Officer of Putprop with effect from 31 December 2025.
The Board extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to James for his passion, dedication, and commitment
to the growth of the Company over the last 18 years and wishes him a fulfilling retirement.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint a suitable replacement Chief Financial Officer and
shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been made.
