FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF THE SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement made on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 7 August 2025 relating to the declaration of the special dividend ("the Communication"). We
are pleased to advise that the Company has obtained the approval of the South African Reserve Bank
in relation to the payment of the special dividend.
As indicated in the Communication, we wish to confirm the salient dates regarding the payment of the
special dividend:
Last day to trade to participate in the special dividend Tuesday, 16 September 2025
Shares commence trading ex-dividend on Wednesday, 17 September 2025
Record date Friday, 19 September 2025
Special dividend payment date Monday, 22 September 2025
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or re-materialised between Wednesday, 17 September
2025 and Friday, 19 September 2025, both days inclusive.
