NOTIFICATION OF FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR
ENDED 31 MARCH 2025
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 31 July 2025, wherein it was advised that
the Company's results for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("Results") were expected to be released on or before
29 August 2025.
Shareholders are hereby advised that due to a delay in the finalisation of the of the audit process, specifically
a technical review of the Inzalo Capital Holdings Proprietary Limited transactions, the results will not be released
today as previously anticipated.
The Company will continue to keep shareholders informed and will provide an update as soon as there is
greater clarity regarding the expected date of publication of the Results.
