CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following board committee changes, effective
immediately:
- Mr Mike Fallon has resigned as a member of the Human Resources and
Compensation Committee and has been appointed to the Social, Ethics,
Transformation and Sustainability Committee.
- Ms Bonakele Mehlomakulu has resigned as a member of the Social, Ethics,
Transformation and Sustainability Committee and has been appointed to the
Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
