TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Rex
Trueform has received notification from Amit Ramdath ("Amit") of the acquisition by Amit of Rex Trueform "N" ordinary shares,
such that Amit now holds 8.28% of Rex Trueform's total "N" ordinary shares in issue. Amit acquired the Rex Trueform "N" ordinary
shares pursuant to the sale of 2 047 Byte Orbit Proprietary Limited shares to Rex Trueform as announced on SENS on
27 August 2025.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Rex Trueform has filed the required notices with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
