NOTICE OF ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT AND OPTASIA PRESENTATION
Ethos Capital is an investment holding company, registered, and incorporated in Mauritius. It is listed
on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and offers shareholders potential long-term capital
appreciation through investments into Funds or co-investments that are actively managed by
Rohatyn Management South Africa Proprietary Limited ("TRG SA"), providing the Company with
exposure to a diversified portfolio of unlisted private equity type investments ("Portfolio
Companies").
Annual results announcement
Ethos Capital's audited annual financial results for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("Annual results")
will be released on the Stock Exchange News Service on Thursday, 25 September 2025.
The Company will host a webcast presentation on Thursday, 25 September 2025, and the Annual
results announcement and presentation will be made available on the Company's website on the
same day. Further information, including a registration link to the webcast, will be provided nearer
that date.
Optasia presentation
Optasia is the largest Portfolio Company within Ethos Capital's portfolio, constituting c.50% of the
Company's last reported NAV as at 31 March 2025.
