In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised of the appointment of Ms. Anu P. Mathai as Director of the New
Development Bank replacing Ms. Manisha Sinha with effect from 29 August 2025.
The receipt of notice detailing this change in director was received on 01 September 2025. The
appointment is in accordance with the Articles of Agreement of the Issuer and were made pursuant to the
policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the Issuer.
