SECTION 122 NOTICE: DISPOSAL OF SHARES
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Visual
International hereby confirms that the Company received a notice in terms of
Section 122 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.
CKR Investments Trust ("CKR") informed Visual that it acquired a beneficial interest in
the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in the securities held by CKR's is
now 46.37% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company, down from
50.88%.
As required in terms of Section 122 (3)(a) of the Companies Act, Visual is in the process
of filing the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
