CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are hereby advised, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, of the following change to the Exxaro Resources Limited Board of Directors (Board):
Ms Mandlesilo Lambase Bavumile Msimang (Ms Msimang), who has been a Non-Executive Director since 15
March 2021, has tendered her resignation with effect from 15 September 2025. The Board accepted Ms
Msimang's resignation and wishes to express its sincere appreciation to her for her dedication, commitment,
and invaluable contribution to Exxaro during her tenure.
