Pursuant to paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, bondholders
are hereby advised that Mr. Willem van den Berg ("Mr. van den Berg") has been appointed to the boards of
Liberty Holdings Limited and Liberty Group Limited (collectively "Liberty"), in the capacity of financial
director, effective 3 September 2025, to ensure continued compliance with the debt and specialist securities
listings requirements.
The appointment of Mr. van den Berg was made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors
of the issuer.
