CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised of the resignation of Dr Fholisani Sydney Mufamadi as non-executive director
of the IDC, with effect from 04 September 2025. Dr Mufamadi has taken up other assignments which will make
it burdensome for him to serve as a non-executive director of the IDC.
The IDC wishes Dr Mufamadi well with his new assignments.
