CHANGES TO THE NOMINATION AND EVALUATION OF DIRECTORS POLICY
In compliance with paragraph 7.8 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, the Company has amended the Nomination and Evaluation of Directors
Policy to expand the sections dealing with the tenure of directors to possibly go
beyond 9 years, under exceptional circumstances. In line with the Group's governance
processes, such a director shall be subject to an annual re-election by shareholders.
