CHANGES TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE COMPOSITION
Transnet SOC Ltd. wishes to notify noteholders of the changes to the board committee membership which
became effective from 04 September 2025:
• Ms. Khulekelwe Glynnis Mbonambi has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Audit
Committee;
• Ms. Lebogang Mirriam Letsoalo will remain an ordinary member of the Audit Committee until 31
December 2025.
The Audit Committee members will be as follows:
• Ms. Khulekelwe Glynnis Mbonambi (Chairperson)
• Ms. Lebogang Mirriam Letsoalo
• Mr. Martinus Antonius Wilhelminus Debel
• Mr. Busisa Mhlanga Jiya
• Mr. Dipak Dhiru Patel
• Ms. Mosadiwamaretlwa Pearl Zambane
The appointments were made in accordance with the Transnet Memorandum of Incorporation.
