APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Clifford David Raphiri has
been appointed to Mpact's Board of Directors ("the Board") as an independent
non-executive director with immediate effect.
Clifford is a Mechanical Engineer and a member of the Engineering Council of
South Africa.
He currently serves as the Chairman of Energy Partners Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
He also serves as a director of Growthpoint Properties Ltd where he is a
member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee, the Property and
Investments Committee and Chairman of the Risk Committee. He has previously
served as a director on several JSE listed companies, including the boards
of SAB (Pty) Ltd, Adcock Ingram Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Nampak (Pty) Ltd and
Murray & Roberts Holdings Ltd.
The Board is pleased to welcome Mr Raphiri as an independent non-executive
director and looks forward to his valuable contribution to the Company.
