CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND COMMITTEE COMPOSITION
Further to the announcement on 11 September 2025 and in compliance with paragraph
3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Ms
Samara Totaram has tendered her resignation from the board of directors ("Board") and
as member of the Audit and Remuneration and Nominations Committees. On further
reflection of her workload, commitments and compliance requirements and in order
to effectively discharge her responsibilities associated with board and committee
memberships, Ms Totaram will not to make herself available for appointment at the
forthcoming annual general meeting scheduled for 20 November 2025.
The Board will commence the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the
vacancy.
