APPOINTMENT OF MR GCOBANI MANCOTYWA TO THE COMPANY'S AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are
hereby advised that Mr. Gcobani Mancotywa, who is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of ACSA, has been
appointed as a member of ACSA's Audit and Risk Committee. This appointment was made during the Company's Annual General Meeting
held on 18 September 2025 and is effective from the same date.
Mr. Mancotywa's appointment brings a diversity of skills and expertise to the Committee, which will strengthen the Committee's
governance and oversight capabilities.
