CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
Toyota Financial Services hereby advises noteholders that Mr Ghana Msibi has tendered his resignation as a
non-executive director of the Issuer, with effect from 1 October 2025. Mr Msibi's appointment as a director of
the Issuer was as a result of his position held as the chief executive officer of WesBank (a division of FirstRand
Bank Limited), a position from which he has recently moved following his appointment as the chief executive
officer of FNB Business (a division of FirstRand Bank Limited). Mr Msibi's replacement on the Issuer's Board will
be announced in due course.
The Board of the Issuer wishes to thank Mr Msibi for his invaluable contribution during his tenure and wishes
him the best in his future endeavors.
