CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Conduit Capital ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Christian Solberg, an independent non-
executive director, and Mr Peter Todd, an executive director, have resigned as directors of the Company with
effect from 19 September 2025.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Solberg and Mr Todd for their valuable contribution
during their tenure as directors and wishes them continued success in their future endeavours.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint suitable replacements and shareholders will be advised
once such appointments have been made.
