UPDATE ON DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH
2025
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 29 August 2025, wherein it was advised
that the Company's results for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("Results") would be delayed due to the extended
audit process relating to a technical review of the Inzalo Capital Holdings Proprietary Limited transactions.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company's auditors have substantially completed the execution
phase of their engagement and are finalising the necessary consultations and quality control processes required
to enable them to express an audit opinion on the Results.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Results are expected to be released on or before 15 October
2025.
