VOLUNTARY UPDATE: RELOCATION OF WESTERN CAPE CASINO LICENCE
Shareholders and Noteholders are advised that the Western Cape Gambling and Racing
Board has approved the relocation of The Caledon casino licence to Somerset West.
This approval and investment planned by Tsogo Sun for the provision of world class gaming
and hospitality facilities in both the Helderberg and Overberg regions, is a positive
development for the Western Cape and the Group.
