AGRIA1 PERIODIC DISTRIBUTION CLARIFICATION
Agrarius AGRIA1 Sukuk holders are referred to the periodic distribution notification published on SENS on
25 September 2025, in respect of the upcoming periodic distribution for the return period 1 April 2025 to
30 September 2025 (inclusive) ("the Announcement").
The Company wishes to clarify that the Periodic Distribution Amount of ZAR0.06088 per Sukuk note stated in
the Announcement includes a supplemental amount of ZAR0.00040 per Sukuk note, payable only to Sukuk
holders registered on 23 September 2024, to correct an error in respect of the distribution paid on
30 September 2024 (the "Supplemental Amount").
AGRIA1 Sukuk holders who registered after 23 September 2024 but before 24 September 2025, will receive a
distribution of ZAR0.06048 per Sukuk note, which represents the return for the period 1 April 2025 to
30 September 2025 (inclusive), which excludes the Supplemental Amount.
