CHANGES TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist
Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Richard
Gnodde, executive director and chief executive officer, has resigned from the
Board of Directors of GSI, with effect from 10 June 2025, because he has been
named Vice Chairman of the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Subsequently, Mr Kunal Shah and Mr Anthony Gutman have been appointed as Mr
Gnodde's replacement as co-chief executive officers of GSI, with effect from 10
June 2025.
