RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Sue Hsieh has resigned as company secretary in order to pursue
alternative opportunities. Her resignation is effective from 24 October 2025. The Board thanks Sue for her
contribution to Resilient and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
The Board has commenced a process to appoint a new company secretary. A further announcement in this regard
will be released in due course.
