APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of section 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that the Board of Directors of Clientèle Limited hereby
confirms the appointment of Ms. Lisa Lill as Group Company Secretary with effect from
1 October 2025.
Ms. Lill boasts more than 20 years' company secretarial experience. Her most recent
position was as the Company Secretary for a JSE listed entity which included
responsibility for company secretarial across the group and being the company
secretary for 2 listed legal entities.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Thelani Luthuli who acted as the Group Company
Secretary in the interim.
