CHANGES TO AFROCENTRIC'S REMUNERATION COMMITTEE
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Robert Goff, an external member of the Afrocentric
Remuneration Committee, has resigned with effect from 2 October 2025.
The AfroCentric board wishes to thank Mr. Goff for his contributions to AfroCentric and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
The AfroCentric board will commence the process of finding a suitable replacement for Mr.
Goff and a further announcement in this regard will be released on SENS in due course.
