ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING OPTASIA's INTENTION TO FLOAT ON THE JSE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Channel VAS Investments Limited
(trading as "Optasia") today, 8 October 2025, in which Optasia announced its intention to
pursue a listing of its ordinary shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE").
As previously disclosed, Ethos Capital holds indirect interests in Optasia through underlying
funds. Accordingly, Ethos Capital notes Optasia's intention to float and will keep shareholders
informed of any material developments insofar as they relate to Ethos Capital's interest, as
required in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.
