CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 3 October 2025
relating to the announcement made by the JSE on the 1 October 2025 regarding
the delay in the publication of its Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May
2025.
VanPag Chartered Accountants (IRBA Registration No: 915876) was incorrectly referred to
as one of the Company's newly appointed external auditors. The correct appointed
auditors are P Mapfumo Accountants and Auditors, BG Nubong and Associates Inc, and
MGT Accounting and Consulting Inc, as previously announced on 26 September 2025.
Other than the correction noted above, no further amendments have been made to the
announcement.
