CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, CMH shareholders
are advised that Ms Priya Govind has resigned as Group Company Secretary with effect from 31
October 2025 due to her recent appointment as director of the Company.
The Board has approved the appointment of Ms Varuna Naidoo as the new Group Company
Secretary effective 1 November 2025.
Ms Naidoo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has been employed by the Group since
February 2006 in various accounting and financial reporting roles.
The Board is satisfied that Ms Naidoo has the requisite knowledge and experience to fulfil the role of
Company Secretary and wishes her great success.
