LATE SUBMISSION OF CONDENSED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OR ANNUAL/SUMMARY FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS ("ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS")
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the above-mentioned Issuer has failed
to submit its Condensed financial statements or Annual/Summary financial statements ("Annual
financial statements") within the three-month period stipulated in the JSE's Listings Requirements.
Accordingly, the Issuer's listing on the JSE trading system has been annotated with a "RE" to indicate
that the Issuer has failed to submit its annual financial statements timeously and that the listing of the
Issuer's securities is under threat of suspension and possible removal.
If the above-mentioned Issuer still fails to submit its annual financial statements on or before 1
November 2025, then its listing may be suspended.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
