ERRONEOUS TRADES DUE TO SYSTEM MALFUNCTION
Shareholders are advised that the Company has been informed by a single broker ("Broker") that, due to a
system malfunction of the Broker, trades in Cilo Cybin shares were executed on 14 October 2025 in respect of
the Company's shares without any instruction from certain Cilo Cybin shareholders, including the Company's
Chief Executive Officer and a non-executive director.
The Company is proactively engaging with the JSE Limited and the Broker to investigate the matter and to take
appropriate corrective action ("the Investigation").
Shareholders will be provided with relevant updates on the Investigation in due course.
