CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Noteholders are advised that Eskom is aware that, at a Cabinet meeting held on 16 October
2025, the Minister of Electricity and Energy recommended candidates for appointment to the
Eskom board of directors, and approval was given to appoint the recommended candidates.
Eskom will provide an update to noteholders on the changes to the board of directors once
the appointment process has been finalised.
Noteholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their debt securities.
