ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING OPTASIA'S PRE-LISTING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Channel VAS Investments Limited
(trading as "Optasia") today, 20 October 2025, in which Optasia issued its pre-listing statement
("PLS") and listing price range pursuant to its intention to list its ordinary shares on the
securities exchange operated by the JSE Limited ("JSE").
As previously disclosed, Ethos Capital holds indirect interests in Optasia through underlying
funds. Accordingly, Ethos Capital notes the publication of Optasia's PLS and listing price range
and will keep shareholders informed of any material developments insofar as they relate to
Ethos Capital's interest, as required in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.
