Following subscriptions in respect of 1,000,000 NEWUSD Notes, an additional 1,000,000 NEWUSD
Notes have, from commencement of business today, been issued and listed on the JSE at an issue
price of approximately ZAR17.25 per NEWUSD Note.
After the additional issue, there will be 52,335,177 NEWUSD Notes in issue.
